Mr. Coffin is a business-person's lawyer.  He prides himself on working hand in hand with clients to develop creative solutions to reach their desired goals.

Mr. Coffin's experience spans all aspects of business, corporate and real estate law. Whatever your business may need, whether as a start-up, needing formation documentation, or in expansion through a merger or acquisition, or even in wind-up or litigation, his eye towards utilizing the law to meet your company's business goals is second to none.

Mr. Coffin spent the initial portion of his legal career training with some of the most well-known real estate lawyers in the Dallas area, spending over five years at a large international law firm working on multi-million dollar real estate transactions.  Prior to joining ETG, he spent several years servicing his business clients and serving as managing partner of Coffin & Bailey, PLLC.

Represented national lending institutions in mortgage financing secured by various commercial real estate assets, ranging from mixed use facilities to office and hotel projects across the United States.

Represented equity investors and developers with the acquisition, financing and disposition of real property.

Represented clients in various merger and acquisition situation, stock and asset purchase transactions, service and supply agreements and construction contracts.

Represented landlords, property managers and tenants with lease negotiations, lease disputes and other property related issues.

Represent clients in various litigation matters, including disputes over real estate sales and non-compete and non-disclosure agreement enforcement.

Represent sponsor of tenant-in-common owned single asset real estate 1031 investment projects.

Represented developers with acquisition and development of retail power centers and medical facilities across the country.
